Personal information means any information about you personally except your name, your business title, your business address, business e-mail address, business telephone number or business facsimile number. What personal information do we collect?
When you request a Seaside TV, Seaside Internet or Seaside Phone connection we require certain information in order to connect your residence to our system. As well we need information in order to facilitate you paying your account.

Your personal information is used by us only for the purposes identified below and access to your personal information is limited to those employees of Seaside Communications who are able to access it.
How do we use your personal information?
Your personal information will only be used by us to determine the location of your house in order to facilitate connections and disconnections, service calls, to obtain a credit report for a monthly payment, to provide you with a reminder if your account is not in good standing, and to provide you with occasional updates and information regarding products and services that we at Seaside have to offer and which we think will be of interest to you.
Please be advised that we do not share your personal information with others not add your name or address to mailing lists.
How Long do we keep your personal information?
Your information is entered and stored on a secure confidential data-base. Once entered your house address is permanent Though owners and/or tenants may change the address is not altered unless the town or municipality changes numbers or street names. We retain your personal information as long as you are a customer of Seaside Communications. If there are legal requirements relating to the period of time which we must retain your personal information, we will comply with those requirements.
What can you do if you want to limit the use to which we put your personal information?
Most of the personal information which we collect is necessary for us to provide you with cable or internet service and we cannot do this without that personal information. If you do not want us to use or disclose your personal information in a particular way, please contact Dean Abbass as described above and we will be pleased to discuss with you how we can limit collection, use or disclosure of your personal information.

You have a right to access the personal information which we have about you. You have the right to request that the personal information which you believe to be inaccurate be corrected. If you wish to access your personal information you should contact Dean Abbass who will be pleased to assist you.
